I’m a Whole-Person Somatic Coach who works with thoughtful, capable people navigating life transitions, burnout, and identity shifts—especially when the old ways of coping or pushing through no longer work. Most clients reach out at a threshold moment, when life is quietly asking for transformation and the path forward feels uncertain.
When thinking harder isn’t helping anymore, real change requires working somatically — with the body and nervous system — not just insight or goals.
My role is to hold a steady, compassionate space where you can slow down, listen beneath the noise, and reconnect with your own inner authority. From that embodied ground, clarity returns and choices begin to align with your core values instead of pressure, fear, or habit.

My approach is practical, grounded, and personalized. I tailor the work to each person and situation, drawing from somatic practices, nervous system regulation, parts-based work, and traditional coaching tools — so change is something your whole system can understand, integrate, and sustain.
